About aicalculators.xyz
aicalculators.xyz is an independent digital resource dedicated exclusively to the unit economics, token mathematics, and return-on-investment modeling of artificial intelligence systems. We believe engineers and business leaders deserve clear, objective, client-side tools to forecast expenses before shipping models to production.
Why We Built This Platform
Building with modern foundational models presents a completely novel cost structure. Unlike traditional software architectures where servers carry predictable monthly bills, generative AI introduces variable token consumption where output tokens cost 3x to 5x more than input tokens, context windows fill up exponentially, and prompt caching alters marginal rates.
Most existing online calculators focus on generic personal finance: home loans, compound interest, or car payments. None address the technical reality of Byte-Pair Encoding, system prompt overhead, cache TTLs, or support ticket containment percentages. We built this platform to fill that critical void.
Our Core Principles
Your prompts, company budgets, and employee wage assumptions never leave your browser. We run no server-side databases, execute no backend APIs, and transmit no private financial numbers.
No black-box calculations. Every page clearly documents the underlying mathematical formula, explicitly defines all variables and units, and provides a hand-verifiable worked example matching the page's defaults.
Foundation model providers adjust rates frequently. Rather than hard-coding static claims, all price-dependent calculators provide editable rate inputs so you can tailor calculations to your exact negotiated enterprise terms.
